Tickets and Payments
Ticket prices, availability, and refund policies are set by venues or promoters. Clubmate may process transactions through third-party payment partners.
Event Changes
Event schedules, lineups, and access conditions may change. Clubmate is not responsible for venue-side changes outside our control.
Account Conduct
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse tickets, abuse promotions, or engage in fraudulent behavior.
